Day Three
After consistent problems staying attached to the web, I decided to tell those of you that are looking at this, that the pic's may not arrive on this site until I get back home. I am, however going to keep trying to upload some fun shots that have been taken over the last two days. This adventure continues to become more than I could have dreamed. Today, Bill and Tam, ( you will get to know her better later), visited the war museum. As one would expect from a communist country that, we the Americans, don't get much of a shake even though we fought for the south. Following that, we were invited to join Bill's brother in law and family for another home cooked lunch. We then hooked up with my friend, Uyen and proceded to go down town for shopping, coffee, and dinner at a "locals" joint, followed by Karaoke in a private room. In my first post, I commented about the traffic. All I can say is that they have no one way streets and no two way streets, they have ANY WAY streets. Bikes, cars, and walkers finding their way without any orginization. I havn't seen an accident and have noticed that there is no gridlock. Alright, I can't believe that I got this far without being tossed off the web in mid sentence, so I quit for now. More next time.
